Family: Husband Cody, daughters Olivia and McKinley, son JP, and Boxer Lolan

Outside of work, I love... watching my kids play their many sports, "reading" (listening) to books, traveling to new places, spending time outdoors, cheering on the Longhorns, and eating lots of Tex-Mex.

My workplace superpower is... brainstorming ideas for growth. I love thinking of new ways to do things and implementing changes to see if they can result in improvement.

Assessments: Captain (Predictive Index)

What inspires me about working with associations: Service has been a key value of mine since it was instilled in me as a child. Working for associations and serving members so that they can do their jobs better is truly a privilege and incredibly rewarding.

Favorite SAM core value: Stay curious. This has been an area of growth I've been focusing on recently. Everyone has something to teach me, and I never want to stop learning from those around me.
