Outside of work, I love... to explore Austin and eat some good food.

My workplace superpower is... open communication.

Assessments: Altruist (Predictive Index)

What inspires me about working with associations: I love learning and connecting—meeting and collaborating with new individuals means this is a definite possibility.

My passions and skills: am loud and outspoken, but can also be strategic and mindful.

Favorite SAM core value: Build trust. It says a lot about the organization, the structure of management, and employee relationships. I resonate with the idea that trust must be gained as both parties need to display mutual respect.
